Purpose: The timetradernotes BaseX database holds build notes, operating notes, instructions, and other text that Codex or another agent may need to read later.

Usage: If told to check the notes, read the timetradernotes database and scan its note entries for anything pertinent to the current task.

Storage: Store notes as text-oriented records in the timetradernotes database so they can be read back directly from BaseX.
